eBook and Audiobook "App Access" Instructions

For those who have purchased from our "App Access" Audiobook range or eBook range, follow the below instructions to access the product(s) purchased.

> Is this your FIRST App Access product purchase?

- The email address used to place your order will be the email needed to login and access your Audiobook/eBook on the app.

- Once you've made your purchase, go to the 'app store' of your device (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and search for the free Hope Books app and install it.

- Then login to the Hope Books app with the same email address used for your purchase

- The app will then send a 'Glassboxx verification code' to your email. Use the code in the email on the verification screen in the App.
(The email will come from Glassboxx/Firstygroup - who is the app provider. If this verification email does not arrive after entering your email address into the app for the first time, check you entered the correct email address and also check your spam/junk folder after a couple of minutes.)

- A new purchase may take up to 5 minutes to appear in the app

NOTE: You can also listen/read your purchase on a computer.
Simply visit https://hopebooks.glassboxx.co.uk and login with the same email address used for your purchase. (new purchases may take up to 5 minutes to appear)

> Have you PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED an App Access Audiobook/eBook from us?

- Simply login to the Hope Books app with the same email address used to purchase the Audiobook/eBook

- Go to MY BOOKS to see your new purchases

- A new purchase may take up to 5 minutes to appear

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES: The "App Access" Audiobooks and eBooks can be purchased from outside of Australia, as long as there are no 'physical products' which require shipping in your cart when you checkout.

GIFT PURCHASES: If intending to purchase an "App Access" product as a gift, it's best to checkout using the recipients email address so they can have access. (however, they will receive an order conformation email with the amount you spent on the gift).
