Need to Return a product
To return a product at Better Books & Food, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.
To request an RMA:

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Description of goods
- Reason for return
- FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES
- A FULL CASH REFUND
- ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to The Adventist Book Centre on returned items, and The Adventist Book Centre will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at Better Books & Food's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
