Need to Return a product
To return a product at Better Books & Food, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at customerservice@adventistbookcentre.com.au, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

To request an RMA:

Monday - Thursday: 9a.m. - 5p.m. EST
Friday: 9 a.m. - 2.00p.m. EST

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Description of goods
- Reason for return

In general, Better Books & Food accepts returns on merchandise within 30 days from date of invoice. However, Better Books & Food reserves the right to authorize product returns due to the product being faulty beyond 30 days from the invoice date. DVDs and CDs are on firm sale only. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the following:
 
  • FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES
  • A FULL CASH REFUND
  • ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to The Adventist Book Centre on returned items, and The Adventist Book Centre will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at Better Books & Food's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
