Returns, Refund, Exchange, Cancellation Policy

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can fix the issue and work to 'do better' next time.
Products purchased on this site can be returned to the store who shipped the product, subject to the following conditions:
- Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
- All tangible products purchased on this site can be returned for replacement if the item received is damaged, faulty or incorrect.
- We will cover postage for the return and replacement of the item.
- You must contact us with your order/invoice/receipt number and the details of the item and reason for return before returning an item and then await instruction.
- Change-of-mind Returns and Exchanges
- Media items (CDs, CD-ROMs, DVDs and BDs etc) cannot be returned for refund unless in unopened original packaging.
- Printed items (Books, board games, Stationery, clothing etc) can be returned for refund (within 30 days) with order/invoice/receipt number for a full refund, provided the item is in an unused and re-sellable ‘as new’ condition.
- Original and return delivery charges will not be refunded for change-of-mind returns (the cost of returning a product you no longer want is your responsibility).
- If requesting an exchange, postage and item price difference will be charged.
- Any item returned in a 'used' condition, which we cannot resell in an 'as new' condition, will not be refunded.
- You must contact us with your order/invoice/receipt number and details of what you want to return before returning an item and then await instruction.
- Cancelling Orders
- If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it and request a refund. But be quick, we often pack and ship same day.
- Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order before it’s too late.
- If your order has been posted already, the 'Change-of-mind Returns' conditions apply (see above)
