Enter coupon code 150FREE for free delivery to an Aussie address for orders over $150 that will be supplied by the same supplying store.

FULL CONDITIONS:

1. COUPON ENTRY
When you are on the 'Cart' screen, enter the coupon code 150FREE and then click 'Apply' before proceeding to checkout

2. DELIVERY LOCATION
Must be to an Australian delivery address

3. $150 TOTAL FROM SAME STORE
Free standard delivery will be applied to the collective items in your shopping cart that total over $150 AND are to be supplied by a single supplying Store.
Occasionally some orders will be split up and supplied by multiple Stores if your nearest store does not have in stock, and cannot source, all items ordered - this can affect the free shipping.
If there is a Store providing less than $150 worth of products from your total order, postage for that store's items will be charged, even if your combined cart total is over $150. If there is one store supplying over $150 and the other not, only the store supplying over $150 worth of goods will have the free shipping applied.
This is because each of the six Stores servicing orders from this webstore are separately owned and operated. Ordering large amounts from one Store has no financial flow on to the additional Store who is to only supply one or two items from your order. This additional store needs to charge postage as to not make a loss.

4. EXCLUSIONS:
- Pathfinder or Adventurer Club items (as those items have the bare minimum markup)
- items we do not ship, like food or drink
- items to be sent by a store who will be supplying less than $150 worth of goods (see above)
- some items with a poor 'cost to weight' ratio are excluded (noted on product listing) for the markup margin collected by the store ends up less than or close to the postage costs. This is most often the case with cheaper sharing items, hardcover book sets and food/drink items.

Said and done, all our stores are not-for-profit, so if you're able to, we appreciate payment for postage to support our ministry.

Australia wide postage rates vary depending on the store location, delivery destination and the value of your order.

> Purchases outside of Australia

Can people outside of Australian purchase off our webstore? Yes and no....
-Yes, you can buy our App Access Audiobooks and eBooks if you are overseas and there are no additional physical items in your cart that require delivery outside of Australia.
-Yes, you can purchase physical items from outside of Australia as long as they are to be delivered to an Australian address (eg as a gift for an Australian resident).
-Yes, in mid 2024 we plan to turn on International shipping for general physical products.
-But No, we don't ship regular physical products internationally yet - sorry.

> Supplying Stores and 'Split' orders

On the Cart screen you can see what stores are to supply the items in your cart. Set the Shipping Destination on the Cart screen and the supplying store may change to a closer store (if it can supply/source the items) and the price of items in your cart may also update to that store's prices if they differ.

If some items in your cart are not able to be supplied by your nearest Store, those items may be allocated to another Store to supply. It is possible multiple items in your cart could 'split' off to be supplied by multiple Stores - meaning multiple delivery packages are required and multiple postages charged. Multiple postage charges are needed because each of the six Stores servicing orders from this webstore are separately owned and operated and merely share this webstore (If the stores had their own webstores you would need to pay separate potage also).
When you checkout you will be asked to select the postage method from each store supplying items in your cart.

> How long to ship my order?

If everything ordered is in stock, we do our best to dispatch your order by early afternoon and under normal circumstances should arrive in a couple of business days. We’ll contact you if any items in your order are out of stock and may require another week to order in for you.

> Can I pick up my order?

Usually. Select 'pick up' as the postage method for your order when you checkout but make sure the store you're 'picking up' from is a local one.
Some items on our Webstore are not stocked at each local store - or only sold if in stock due to long overseas delivery times. If this is the case you will not be able to select 'local pickup' for these items and will need to have them shipped from the store that does stock them.
Also, wait to be notified that your order is ready to be picked up as sometimes items will need to be ordered in (usually within a week) and will not be ready immediately.

> What if Australia Post didn't deliver my order to my address?

Check your tracking number on the Australia Post online tracker https://auspost.com.au/track . (use the tracking number provided with your shipment notification, with no space. - Contact your order’s supplying store if you didn’t receive a tracking number)
On the rare occasion it says ‘delivered’ but it has not arrived at your requested address, contact Australia Post with your tracking number and find out where it was delivered, and work with them to have it tracked down and delivered correctly.
We are not liable for any lost or damaged parcels - except where there was a staff/store error, such as listing an address differently to what was entered by the customer at checkout.
If Australia Post is not able to locate and deliver your package, or the package arrives damaged, contact your supplying store.
