Look around at the world today. Daily we hear of wars, famine, and natural disasters. What does it all mean? Prophecy is fast fulfilling. Jesus warned there would 'be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations” (Luke 21:25).

Times of perplexity are upon us. Men’s hearts are failing them for fear of the things that are coming upon the earth. But those who believe in God will hear His voice amid the storm, saying, “It is I; be not afraid.” His coming is near—and in spite of the uncertainty ahead—His children can remain secure in the knowledge they are ever in His sight. There is a divine hand on the wheel, and God will bring His children safely through.
