A simple picture book to help talking with young children about resisting bullying, violence and abuse. 

Author Kerene Whelan has a professional background in health and counselling and has had a long interest in creating resources to help children stand up and seek help. “I couldn’t find anything that connected with children aged between three and 10, so this book has been designed to meet that age group,” she explains. “It’s straight-forward, non-threatening and covers a number of different areas of behaviour. It is important that children practice being heard, which is great grounding for them to speak up when something happens to them that makes them uncomfortable.”
