Pathfinder Epaulettes are worn on the shoulders and and have different stripe configurations for different staff 'rankings'.
- Teen/(Ranger, Voyager, Guide) Pathfinder students: no stripes
- Counsellor/Instructor, Junior Counsellor: one thin orange stripe
- Deputy Directors: two thin orange stripes
- Club Directors: one thick gold stripe
- Conference/District Director: two thick gold stripes
NOTE: You must been an approved/registered club director to be able to see and purchase higher ranking Epaulettes
