I came across this book when I visited a friend with auto-immune disease. Her doctor suggested a radical change to a vegan diet. She required easily prepared home-cooked meals that the entire family would enjoy. These recipes are easy to make. The results look appetising and taste great. The cookbook is beautifully illustrated with colourful photos and easy to read and follow recipes. She is very happy with this purchase and inspired me to do likewise. It is such a joy to prepare a meal that everyone (both meat-eaters and vegetarians) can enjoy.

Just love the recipes, great combination of textures and flavours, and quick and easy to do. In fact I went through heaps of my cook books recently, and tossed most of them, and now have room for the few healthy ones I do use. Jeremy Dixon's Revive series and this one of his are winners IMHO.
